1. Your files stay on your device
BharatKit's tools — Photo Compressor, PDF Compressor, PDF Merge, Image to PDF — process your files entirely in your web browser. We do not upload, store, transmit, copy, or analyse the content of any image, PDF, or other file you select. Once you close the browser tab, no trace of your file remains on our side because no copy was ever made on our side.
2. What we do collect
We collect only the minimum data needed to operate the site:
- Anonymous usage analytics via Vercel Analytics — page views, country, device type. No cookies, no personal identifiers.
- Optional feedback you submit — if you choose to leave a rating or comment via the feedback widget, we store your message, the page you sent it from, and (only if you provide it) your email address.
- Standard server logs — IP address, timestamp, user-agent — kept for short periods for security and debugging.
3. Third parties that touch your data
- Vercel hosts the site.
- Supabase stores feedback and editable site text.
- Google CDN serves the face-detection model used by the Photo Compressor. The model runs locally on your device.
4. Cookies
BharatKit does not use tracking cookies. The only cookie we set is a short-lived session cookie used by the admin login.
5. Advertising
BharatKit is currently ad-free. If we add ads on result pages in the future, this policy will be updated.
6. Your rights
You can request deletion of feedback you have submitted by contacting us with the email address you provided.
7. Changes
We will update the "Last updated" date when this policy changes.
